0455(2) One sibling of a child was signed in who was sick and not present; this child was removed from sign-in during the visit. Child using paper attendance was observed to be frequently missing sign-out times and/or signatures. 0455(3) Staff were signed in on tablet during 01/04/24 visit however provider said she had not been previously doing staff sign-in and did not allow licensor to review previous days.
